Business Development Associate

Fraport Greece is currently looking to cover the position of Business Development Associate in the Commercial & Business Development Function. The ideal candidate will be actively support the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects. The role contributes to the expansion and optimization of the company’s property portfolio and services, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic business objectives. Projects Manage and support assigned projects in collaboration with Account Managers Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables Assist in the preparation and execution of project plans Business Development Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in real estate and commercial development Support the development and implementation of business strategies and expansion plans Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for potential projects Financial & Analytical Support Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial tracking Analyze market data, trends, and performance indicators Develop and maintain project pipeline reports and analytical tools Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, partners, and contractors Represent the department in internal and external meetings with key stakeholders Processes & Operations Support tender processes and vendor selection activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and procedures Assist in land use planning, redevelopment initiatives, and area optimization projects

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate or project management Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting complex projects Good understanding of commercial development and project management principles Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Competencies Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Commercial awareness and attention to detail Proactive and deadline-driven mindset
