We are currently hiring for our headquarters in Thessaloniki, a Reservations Agent to join our team. Some of the responsibilities: Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution

Useful to have: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus What you will bring: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs
