Responsibilities: Providing specialized legal advice to management and various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations. Preparing legal briefs and risk assessment reports, including clear recommendations to management regarding current and potential legal matters. Representing the company before courts, judicial bodies, and regulatory authorities, and pleading on its behalf in all types of cases and claims in Baghdad and other governorates. Ensuring the enforcement of judicial judgments and decisions in a manner that safeguards the company’s rights and minimizes operational or financial risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Law. 3–5 years of proven practical experience in the legal field, preferably within the fintech sector or corporate environment. Registered member of the Iraqi Bar Association. Excellent report writing, legal research, and communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic, with preference for fluency in English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
