Field Marketing Manager – $75K–$95K+ | Events + Canvassing | Fast Track to Regional 📍 Charlotte, NC & Columbia, SC 💰 $60,000 Base + Uncapped Bonuses 🚗 Car Allowance + 📱 Phone Allowance About the Role Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a driven, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across events and canvassing efforts while building and developing a high-performing team. This is a player-coach leadership role —you’ll lead from the front by generating leads yourself while coaching your team to hit and exceed targets. You’ll oversee two core channels: Events & Shows (home shows, festivals, retail activations) Neighborhood Canvassing (targeted residential outreach) If you’re competitive, energetic, and ready to step into leadership—with a clear path to Regional Field Marketing Manager —this is a strong opportunity. What You’ll Do Generate leads and set appointments through events and canvassing Lead by example with strong personal production Recruit, train, and develop a team of marketers Manage day-to-day field performance across both channels Coach team members in real time to improve results Oversee scheduling, territory planning, and event execution Track performance and ensure team hit lead and appointment goals Support setup/teardown of events and field operations Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $95,000+ $500/month car allowance $100/month phone allowance Uncapped bonuses tied to team + personal performance Fast increases tied directly to production and team growth Qualifications 2+ years of experience in lead generation, canvassing, or event marketing Leadership experience or strong desire to step into management Comfortable working in the field and leading from the front Strong communication and coaching ability Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends Ability to lift and set up event equipment Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO and paid vacation 401(k) with 25% uncapped company match Flexible schedule Employee discounts on home improvement services Referral bonus program #LI-BO1
