Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to help clients with daily living tasks, promote independence, and enhance community involvement. Your efforts will contribute significantly to improving the quality of life and personal growth of those you support. Responsibilities Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and activities of daily living. Support clients in achieving individualized goals and participating in community-based activities. Follow and implement individualized support plans while documenting progress and changes. Ensure a safe, positive, and clean living environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Participate in training and team meetings to maintain high standards of care.

High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
