Responsibilities: Stays constantly up to date for the framework that governs PPC Procurement, Projects and Services Contributes to the execution of procedures for awarding contracts for projects, procurements and services, from the preparation of the invitation to the signing of the contract Monitors the smooth implementation of contracts until their final settlement, while ensuring the transfer and delivery of the procured items to the warehouses or their designated destinations Supports the execution of decentralized procedures for awarding and implementing contracts Provides data for monitoring the consistency and the general transactional behavior of PPC Counterparty Contracts

Bachelor’s degree from a University or College in Technological Sciences, Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or another related field Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in contract management or in the implementation and conclusion of procurement contracts Experience in large companies in the energy sector will be considered an additional qualification Technical skills in methodologies, tools and techniques of procurement - supply chain processes will be considered an additional qualification Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact) Availability for urgent geographical relocations Competencies: Accountability and result orientation Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Effective communication Customer orientation Adaptability
