Front Bench Live Broadcast Producer

Transition Productions is seeking a part-time Front Bench Live Broadcast Producer to support our growing slate of live sports and branded event coverage across broadcast and streaming platforms in 2026.

This role is designed for an experienced live sports producer who can step into high-intensity environments, build and support ROS structure, graphics, timing, talent integration, and sponsor deliverables, and serve as a reliable presence in the truck.

Responsibilities

• Support live show execution from the front bench during broadcasts
• Assist with format timing, segment flow, and rundown adjustments
• Coordinate with talent, EVS, graphics, and editorial teams
• Track sponsor integrations and branded deliverables
• Contribute to pre-production planning and post-event wrap workflows

Qualifications

• 8 –10 years live sports broadcast experience
• Strong familiarity with live truck workflows
• Experience supporting multi-platform sports coverage
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving production environments
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

Ideal for producers with backgrounds in major event, league, or action sports broadcast environments.
