Christian Brothers Automotive is relationship-driven automotive care facility committed to exceptional customer service, excellence, and unwavering integrity.  We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Provide shuttle service for guests (company vehicle)
• Assist with parts, errands, and light administrative tasks
• Help keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong people and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Coachable and reliable
• Automotive experience is a plus, not required

Physical Requirements:

• Dependable and reliable for a position scheduled Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
• On your feet for much of the day (standing, walking, assisting customers, etc.)
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
