We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and timely.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
