Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through our products and services with professionalism and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
