Job Description :We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and employees alike. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage incoming calls, greet guests promptly, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and organize appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as MS Office.
