We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in project management and coordination. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing various projects across multiple departments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and updates.
  • Track project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact deadlines.
  • Support the organization of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
