We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Promotional Marketing Specialist to join our energetic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing promotional campaigns that effectively drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement across multiple channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive promotional marketing campaigns to support product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand promotional needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
• Create engaging promotional content and materials including email campaigns, social media posts, and in-store displays.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and adjust tactics to optimize ROI.
• Manage budgets and timelines for multiple promotional projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in promotional marketing or related marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and promotional techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
