Entry-Level Data Analyst

The Entry‑Level Data Analyst – Operations supports daily business operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role works closely with operations, logistics, and management teams to ensure accurate reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Collected, organized, and maintained business data to support daily administrative operations.
  • Prepared basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries using Excel to track office activities, inventory, or workflow metrics.
  • Reviewed data for accuracy, corrected errors, and updated records to ensure consistent documentation.
  • Assisted management by providing simple data insights that supported scheduling, planning, and process improvements.
  • Handled administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining databases.
  • Communicated with internal teams to gather information and ensure reports were completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables).
  • Ability to collect, organize, and maintain accurate data and records.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts such as trends, patterns, and KPIs.
  • Good communication skills for preparing reports and sharing findings with supervisors.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
