- *Project Overview**
We are a UK based property investment company running paid advertising on Meta. We have a UGC content creator who has already filmed all required video segments and we now need an experienced editor to assemble them into 102 unique final ads for Meta.
This is a structured, systematic editing job. All footage is pre filmed and clearly labelled. You are assembling segments in the correct order and adding captions. You are not creating content from scratch.
Before the full batch is commissioned, you will complete one sample ad first. We will review and approve it before giving the green light on the remaining 101. Any revisions on the sample will be made before full production begins.

- *What You Will Be Editing**
The creator has filmed the following individual segments
- 34 hook clips across four angles (Main, Passive Income, Pension, Diversification)
- 4 value/body clips, one per angle
- 3 CTA clips
Each final ad follows this exact structure
- *Hook (angle) + Value (same angle) + CTA (any of the 3)**
This produces 102 unique ads in total. Hooks are already matched to their corresponding angle. The creator has clearly stated in each clip what hook, what angle and what CTA it is, so assembly is straightforward.

- *Caption Requirements**
This is the most important part of the brief. Captions must follow the Alex Hormozi style exactly:
- White bold text on a solid black background bar
- Large, highly readable font size with no small text
- Word by word or short phrase timing synced tightly to the speaker
- Clean and simple with no animation effects or fades on the text
- Captions sit in the lower third of the frame and never overlap the speaker's face
We will reject any work where captions do not match this spec. If you are unsure what the Hormozi caption style looks like, please research it before applying.

- *Who We Are Looking For**
You must have
- Proven experience editing direct response video ads for Meta, ideally in finance, property or business investment
- A strong portfolio showing Hormozi style or similar caption work on Meta ad creatives
- The ability to work systematically across a large volume of similar edits without quality dropping
- Excellent file organisation and clear communication throughout the project
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional tools
Nice to have
- Previous experience producing Meta ad creative at volume
- Familiarity with UK property investment or financial services content
- Experience managing batch editing workflows with consistent output quality

- *Timeline and Budget**
We are looking for the sample ad to be turned around within 2 to 3 days of footage being shared. Once approved, the full batch of 101 ads should be completed within 10 to 14 days. Consistent quality across all ads is expected and any clips that do not meet the caption brief will be revised at no additional cost.
