Job description

Hey there! We are resonads GmbH, one of Germany’s leading marketing agencies specializing in YouTube and Facebook advertising.

We help well-known personal brands and businesses across the DACH region scale profitably through high-converting ad campaigns.

We don’t create “nice-looking videos”.

We create ads that convert.

⚠️ Important

Fluent German is required for this role.

Most of our content, scripts, and ads are in German.

You must be able to fully understand spoken and written German.

Applications without strong German skills will not be considered.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor who understands direct response marketing.

This is not a cinematic storytelling role.

If your focus is on aesthetics only, this is probably not the right fit.

What you’ll be doing

Editing YouTube & Facebook ad creatives (German-speaking audience)

Creating high-performing short-form and mid-length videos

Implementing hooks, subtitles (German), and pacing for retention

Iterating on winning creatives based on performance data

Creating multiple variations for testing

Your responsibilities

Edit performance-driven ad videos

Work with German scripts and raw footage

Apply direct response principles in editing

Work fast and iterate based on feedback

Collaborate with our team
