Job Description
- Develop semantic, accessible, and high-performance web pages ensuring cross-browser compatibility with HTML & CSS
- Rapidly prototype and build consistent UI, CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind) components using utility-first or component-based frameworks to maintain design standards.
- Implement dynamic client-side logic and interactive features to enhance user engagement with JavaScript
- Architect mobile-first layouts that provide a seamless experience across desktops, tablets, and smartphones
- Map and optimize using UX/UI Design user flows to reduce friction, utilizing design principles to improve overall system usability
- Design and maintain robust server-side applications using WebForms for legacy support and MVC/Core for modern, scalable architectures.
- Configure and manage secure identity providers, implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication using Azure Entra ID for internal and external users.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and SOAP services to connect disparate systems and ensure fluid data exchange.
- Using Microsoft SQL Server database schemas, write complex stored procedures, and tune queries for optimal performance and data integrity.
- Manage web hosting environments via IIS and oversee OS-level configurations and networking
- Automate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and sprint planning.
- Should have good working experience in finance, such as banking, e-commerce payments, or internal payroll systems
- Research and implement AI-assisted coding tools or integrate LLM APIs to automate repetitive tasks and enhance application intelligence.
- Identify and resolve critical bugs within complex financial logic, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing and reporting.
- Lead solo projects from conception to completion while actively participating in code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Proactively pilot emerging technologies and frameworks to keep the organizational tech stack modern and competitive.
Deliverables
- Attend a daily 8:45 AM virtual team check-in meeting (non-negotiable)
- Maintain video on for all virtual meetings (non-negotiable)
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications
- Work directly with business Subject Matter Experts to build or enhance applications
- Maintain and improve existing applications, including documentation
- Ensure consistent design standards across platforms
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on user needs and feedback
