Your contribution to something big:
As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the industrialization of new products. Your work will directly contribute to safer, more ergonomic, and more productive manufacturing environments.
- Monitor the development and implementation of new production processes, focusing on Methods, Times, and Ergonomics.
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing and Control Instructions (Work Instructions).
- Create and update Standard Work Instructions for production lines.
- Balance and optimize workstations and production processes.
- Collaborate in the development of new products with a focus on future industrialization.
- Perform timing studies and production time surveys for production lines.
- Conduct MTM analyses.
- Perform capacity analysis of production lines.
- Analyze and implement changes to products and processes.
- Prepare cost calculations and offers for new products.
- Maintain process data in the SAP system.
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in automotive production.
- Experience with process optimization, work measurement, or industrial engineering methodologies.
Know‑how
- Knowledge of MTM, SAP‑CAPP, and REFA.
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Standardized Work, and Kaizen.
- Ability to perform workstation balancing, capacity analysis, and process optimization.
- Strong skills in technical documentation and process standardization.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to process improvement, data analysis, or automation.
- Ability to analyze and implement product and process changes.
Languages
- Good command of English, spoken and written.
