The role Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Language requirements: Fluent English/Bulgarian Do you enjoy working across the full tech stack? Are you experienced with building scalable cloud platforms? Do you want to improve reliability and automation using modern DevOps practices? We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help enhance our Cloud Cost Control (CCC) platform by building end-to-end backend and frontend solutions and delivering new features at scale. You’ll develop RESTful APIs and data integrations (e.g., PostgreSQL/Databricks), strengthen performance and security, and drive reliable delivery through CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and production observability. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and support full stack solutions for backend and frontend applications Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with databases like PostgreSQL and Databricks Enhance the Cloud Cost Control (CCC) platform for modularity, scalability, and feature improvements Improve application performance, security, reliability, and automate deployments through DevOps practices Manage CI/CD pipelines, define Infrastructure as Code, and set up monitoring and observability for production systems Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, user experience, and stay updated with emerging technologies What we need to see from you Proficient in Python, RESTful API design, and database management (PostgreSQL) Experienced with microservices, distributed systems, unit/integration testing, and DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Skilled in Infrastructure as Code and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (AKS, Data Factory, Key Vault, Monitor, Front Door) Adept at full stack development, with frontend experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and backend capabilities Integrated third-party and cloud APIs, including Microsoft Graph, Azure Cost Management, AWS CUR; familiar with BigQuery, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and data ingestion/processing Strong communicator, collaborative team player, quality-driven, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement What’s on offer Our company benefits vary based on your location, but always include: Global company culture: We defined our 6 core values through our company culture ( https://www.softwareone.com/en/our-story/our-values ).
