Job description
Supervise room inspections, staff schedules, and daily housekeeping operations
Maintain inventory, manage linen and laundry procedures efficiently
Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness
Respond to guest requests and handle VIP setups with urgency and care
Train, mentor, and induct new team members while promoting a positive work environment
Handle guest and staff issues professionally, conducting morning briefs and team meeting
at least 2 years supervisory / team leader experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team
Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and manual handling procedures
