Job description

  • Supervise room inspections, staff schedules, and daily housekeeping operations

  • Maintain inventory, manage linen and laundry procedures efficiently

  • Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness

  • Respond to guest requests and handle VIP setups with urgency and care

  • Train, mentor, and induct new team members while promoting a positive work environment

  • Handle guest and staff issues professionally, conducting morning briefs and team meeting

  • at least 2 years supervisory / team leader experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team

  • Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and manual handling procedures
