Senior Staff Engineer, SAP-SD, ALE

REQUIREMENT:

• Must have experience in SAP SD with strong O2C process knowledge.
• Must have experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Should have hands-on experience in integration of SAP with commerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud or other eCommerce systems etc).
• Must have good knowledge of integration touchpoints between SAP SD, FI, logistics, and external systems.
• Should have experience in B2B / B2C commerce scenarios
• Should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Should have an understanding of middleware/integration tools (CPI, APIs, etc.)
• Should be ready to relocate to Malaysia for 2-3 years.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

 

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live support.
• Drive and support core O2C processes in SAP SD such as order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and invoicing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Lead and support integration between SAP S/4HANA and commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between commerce systems and SAP.
• Conduct functional design workshops and contribute to functional specifications (FS) and solution documentation.
• Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across O2C and integration scenarios.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in SAP SD and commerce integration.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams including FI, logistics, and external system stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
