THE TEAM AND ROLE

You set up Avelios’ marketing function and play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived in the market. By building a scalable, data-driven growth engine, your team acquires and grows customers while establishing Avelios as an attractive employer for top talent. Your success is reflected in a modern marketing department that measurably increases our brand awareness, visibility and business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish our company as a trusted healthcare leader by translating market insights, customer needs and product strengths into a clear growth narrative
• Lead global, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate measurable revenue impact, optimized through experimentation and analytics
• Create high-quality, targeted content that educates stakeholders and establishes thought leadership in AI-native healthcare transformation
• Develop and lead a lean, high-impact team while fostering ownership and leveraging agencies and partners

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree from a top-ranked business school with a focus on marketing or a journalistic education
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up or SaaS environment
• Excellent leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done
• A keen interest in healthcare technology with the ability to craft engaging, professional content tailored to hospital and healthcare audiences
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
