We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who is eager to learn, craft, and contribute to high-quality creative across digital, social, video, print, and experiential. You’ll support concepting and execution, help maintain brand consistency, and collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, producers, and external partners. This role blends hands-on design with developing art-direction skills under mentorship from senior creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing visual concepts, mood boards, and style frames for campaigns and content.
- Produce layouts, social assets, presentation decks, and simple motion edits aligned with brand guidelines.
- Prepare files for production: slicing/exporting assets, managing versions, and ensuring specs and accessibility basics are met.
- Help build and maintain brand systems, libraries, and style guides across platforms.
- Participate in shoots and post-production as needed: sourcing references, shot lists, selects, and retouch notes.
- Collaborate with copywriters to create cohesive art-and-copy solutions; iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Present work internally with clear rationale and openness to critique; incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully.
- Support quality control: typography, color, composition, image selection, and file accuracy.
- Manage tasks across multiple projects, hitting deadlines and communicating risks early.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in visual design or art direction (agency or in-house). Strong internship/freelance experience considered.
- Portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and brand application across digital and social.
- Familiarity with integrated campaign work and content creation for paid/organic social.
- Understanding of basic production workflows (digital specs, print/prepress fundamentals, simple motion/video deliverables).

Vous soutiendrez la conception et l’exécution des projets, aiderez à maintenir la cohérence de la marque et collaborerez étroitement avec des designers, rédacteurs, producteurs et partenaires externes. Ce poste allie une pratique concrète du design au développement des compétences en direction artistique, sous le mentorat de créatifs seniors.
Responsabilités principales
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de concepts visuels, de moodboards et de style frames pour les campagnes et les contenus.
- Produire des mises en page, des assets pour les réseaux sociaux, des présentations et des montages simples en motion design, en respectant les guidelines de la marque.
- Préparer les fichiers pour la production : découpe/export des assets, gestion des versions et vérification du respect des spécifications ainsi que des notions de base en accessibilité.
- Aider à construire et à maintenir les systèmes de marque, bibliothèques et chartes graphiques sur l’ensemble des plateformes.
- Participer aux shootings et à la postproduction selon les besoins : recherche de références, listes de plans, sélections et retours de retouche.
- Collaborer avec les rédacteurs pour créer des solutions cohérentes mêlant direction artistique et contenu rédactionnel ; itérer rapidement en fonction des retours.
- Présenter le travail en interne avec une argumentation claire et une ouverture à la critique ; intégrer les retours des parties prenantes avec discernement.
- Assurer le contrôle qualité : typographie, couleur, composition, sélection d’images et exactitude des fichiers.
- Gérer les tâches sur plusieurs projets, respecter les délais et signaler les risques suffisamment tôt.
Qualifications
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en design visuel ou en direction artistique (en agence ou en interne). Une solide expérience en stage/freelance sera également prise en compte.
- Portfolio démontrant de solides bases en typographie, mise en page, couleur et application de l’identité de marque sur des supports digitaux et sociaux.
- Familiarité avec le travail de campagnes intégrées et la création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux payants et organiques.
- Compréhension des flux de production de base (spécifications digitales, fondamentaux de l’impression/prépresse, livrables simples en motion/video).
