Why This Role is Different
This isn’t just a back-office credit role. As part of our Credit team, you’ll operate at the heart of the business—partnering with credit teammates, sales, supporting customers, and making real-time decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.
You’ll develop a strong foundation in:
- Credit risk analysis
- Credit decision-making
- Customer relationship management
- Business strategy in a fast-moving industry
What You’ll Do
As a Credit teammate, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key role in protecting and growing the business.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Evaluating new customer applications and making credit decisions
- Setting and managing credit limits in collaboration with leadership
- Partnering with sales teams to support smart, profitable growth
- Monitoring accounts and proactively managing collections
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes
- Identifying risk and helping develop action plans for higher-risk accounts
- Maintaining accurate account records and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement in credit processes
What We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a college or university degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
- Are early in your business career or have experience in credit, finance, or accounting
- Are working toward (or interested in) a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation
- Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems
- Communicate confidently and build strong relationships
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities

- Exposure to credit in construction or distribution industries
