Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist Ideal Candidate:

Lucid Hearing is looking for Senior Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists who are motivated, ambitious and want to be a part of an industry-disrupting sales model. What YOU will be doing as a Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist:

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
• Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
• Manage multiple locations in the DFW Market to assist patients and provide full support

• Supervise, coordinate, and train with Hearing Center Coordinators to provide patients with excellent customer service and patient care

• Be a resource for your team and help motivate them to meet KPI's
• Travel from club to club to meet with Associates on your team

• Responsibilities with PNL and providing and analyzing reporting

 

Senior Hearing Specialist / Audiologist Qualifications:

We are looking for a Senior Hearing Specialist near Houston, TX with the following qualifications:

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and / or an Audiologist
• 5+ years of experience
• Managed Multiple Locations in Major Markets preferred
• Motivated by helping people hear better
• Ambitious with a sales attitude
• An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
• Excellent follow-up skills
