Job description
- Manage all mechanical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
- HVAC systems (chilled water, VRF, packaged units)
- Ventilation and smoke control systems
- Fire protection systems
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
- Review mechanical designs to ensure compliance with:
- Philippine Mechanical Code (PMC)
- Philippine Plumbing Code
- Fire Code of the Philippines
- Cebu City LGU and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, electrical and civil teams, and contractors
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and testing & commissioning plans
- Conduct technical inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
- Manage mechanical-related risks, non-conformances, and value engineering initiatives
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems
- Prepare technical reports and present progress updates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–12 years of mechanical project experience
- Proven exposure to urban development, high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
