Job description

  • Manage all mechanical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
    • HVAC systems (chilled water, VRF, packaged units)
    • Ventilation and smoke control systems
    • Fire protection systems
    • Plumbing and sanitary systems
  • Review mechanical designs to ensure compliance with:
    • Philippine Mechanical Code (PMC)
    • Philippine Plumbing Code
    • Fire Code of the Philippines
    • Cebu City LGU and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, electrical and civil teams, and contractors
  • Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and testing & commissioning plans
  • Conduct technical inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
  • Manage mechanical-related risks, non-conformances, and value engineering initiatives
  • Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems
  • Prepare technical reports and present progress updates
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8–12 years of mechanical project experience
  • Proven exposure to urban development, high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
