Compliance Coordinator (Part-Time)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week)
Salary: £15,795 – £16,500 per year
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care services. This role plays a key part in ensuring our operations consistently meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and franchise guidelines.
You will work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance, and uphold the highest standards of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator:
Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, legislation, franchise standards, and brand guidelines
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks
Conduct internal audits to monitor and improve service quality, escalating issues where appropriate
Analyse trends and implement action plans to enhance performance and compliance
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the business
Support preparation for regulatory inspections and franchise audits
Promote and uphold Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities in all aspects of service delivery and employment
Contribute to the smooth and successful operation of the business through additional duties as required
Essential Criteria
Sound knowledge of current Health & Social Care legislation and regulations
Experience working to quality standards and compliance frameworks
Ability to carry out detailed quality reviews and provide constructive feedback
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting individuals to live independently at home
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence in identifying and escalating non-compliance issues
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, databases, and virtual communication tools
Highly organised, adaptable, and flexible approach
