Job description
- Prepare detailed MEP/HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment arrangement drawings.
- Develop shop drawings, GA drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
- Interpret HVAC design inputs, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Coordinate with MEP/HVAC engineers to incorporate design changes and technical clarifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, project specifications, and client standards.
- Support site teams by providing drawing revisions and resolving drawing-related queries.
- Maintain drawing registers, document control, and revision tracking.
- Participate in technical meetings when required and provide drafting support during project execution.
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4–8years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman in oil & gas / industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems including chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation, and pressurization systems.
- Technical expertise in MEP/HVAC design and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
