This role is designed for a leader who can drive efficiencies by managing a team that enhances business processes, analyzes data, and oversees projects. It’s ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The job holder will lead a team that centrally co-ordinates and drives the process for identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, and managing related projects.
