Senior Technical Support Engineer

NI/Emerson Optimal Plus is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting customers by delivering technical expertise, system integration, and operational stability across production environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure NI/Emerson Optimal Plus solutions are successfully deployed, integrated, and maintained—enabling customers in the semiconductor, electronics, and automotive industries to protect product quality and strengthen brand reputation.
