Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing the engineering scope of work for offshore oil and gas projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This role oversees the overall design quality, technical solutions, and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards. Acting as part of the project management team, the Engineering Manager coordinates multi-disciplinary engineering teams, interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures alignment across disciplines to deliver safe, operable, and cost-effective designs. The role also focuses on lessons learned, continuous improvement, and resolving technical challenges during all project phases, from design to site execution.
