Onsite Operative

The Onsite Operative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Canon devices at customer premises in Macclesfield. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this field-based position is responsible for first-line triage, consumable replenishment, and proactive maintenance of devices. The operative responds to automated alerts, manages stock levels, and maintains the professional appearance and functionality of all equipment.
