Coordinator, 340B Program - Pharmacy - Vineland

The 340B Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, operational management, and compliance of the hospital’s 340B Drug Pricing Program. This includes ensuring adherence to all federal 340B regulations, optimizing financial benefits, preventing diversion and duplicate discounts, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration to integrate the 340B program into the organization’s operations. The 340B Program Coordinator provides daily oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across the health system. This role ensures strict compliance with HRSA, state, and federal regulations, supports program value optimization, and maintains accountabilities for all 340B operations. The coordinator ensures program compliance, audit readiness, financial performance support, and departmental collaboration while directly engaging in daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy and integrity of program data.
