Administrative Services Manager

The Clarke County Department of Social Services is a part of the Virginia Social Services System. Our agency is the central resource dedicated to delivering public assistance, child welfare, and aging and adult services to the Citizens of Clarke County. Clarke County is actively seeking an Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The Administrative Service Manager reports directly to the Social Services Director. The Administrative Services Manager has oversight for the local agency’s technical and administrative programs such as finance, human resources, security operations, facility management and contract administration. The candidate must have considerable knowledge of accounting procedures and practices, budget preparation, financial management, office management, computer operations, and human resource management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
