Operations Manager

The Operations Manager at Mosaic is an internally focused, operations‑driven role responsible for strengthening workforce effectiveness, operational consistency, and business performance across Mosaic programs. This position partners closely with internal leadership, Operations, Workforce Planning, and Client Services teams to drive scalable processes, reporting rigor, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role does not provide direct field support, but instead enables field execution through operational governance, data insights, and disciplined process management.
