Job Responsibilities for Site Foreman – Car Parking Shade Maintenance Projects (Northern Region) 1. On-Site Supervision Daily presence at project sites to oversee workers and technicians. Ensure all maintenance activities are executed as per approved technical specifications. Monitor site safety and enforce occupational health and safety standards. 2. Coordination with Management and Teams Coordinate daily with the project engineer and project manager. Plan and schedule maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, fabric replacement, welding, structural repairs). Confirm availability of required materials, tools, and equipment ahead of scheduled work. 3. Daily Reporting Prepare daily site reports (number of workers, equipment used, work progress, observations).
