Facility Manager

As the Facility Manager, you are the operational lead for the Ford Land "One Team." While our Planning and Compliance teams set the strategy and standards, you drive the execution. You will lead the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract and a multi-disciplinary technical team to ensure Ford’s UK portfolio is safe, efficient, and provides a world-class experience for our employees.
