IT Project Manager - Digital Transformation (f,m,d)

As IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation, you will drive international transformation initiatives and lead complex IT projects that shape our global digital landscape.

Lead and manage international digital transformation projects end-to-end Define project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in close alignment with stakeholders Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, and status reports; conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets Take full ownership of time, budget, quality, and risk management Coordinate and steer cross-functional and international project teams, including internal and external consultants Drive digital initiatives based on strategic technologies such as SAP S/4, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions Manage vendor integration where applicable, including tracking and reviewing deliverables

Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in IT project management supported by a strong IT background and deep technical understanding Experience with international business processes within the FMCG industry (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Production) Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to senior management Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high level of independence Professional proficiency in English and German
