The Janitorial Project Manager coordinates operational planning, quality assurance, client relationship management, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees; planning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction and operational excellence.
