Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and technical solution design - Build and optimize scalable Node.js services - Drive MongoDB performance and data architecture improvements - Lead code reviews and engineering standards - Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions - Resolve complex production and scalability challenges - Drive reliability, security, and performance improvements

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Node.js backend systems - Strong MongoDB architecture and optimization expertise - Experience designing distributed or microservice systems - Experience technically leading engineering teams - Strong production debugging and performance tuning experience

Good to Have

• Experience with event-driven or streaming systems - Advanced cloud architecture exposure - Real-time platform experience - Network or telecom domain experience Key: Expert knowledge of Node.js backend systems - Strong MongoDB architecture and optimization expertise
