DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Specialist III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll develop, design and work with country marketing to execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to achieve business objectives. You'll apply data-driven insights to optimize GTM performance and deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The role offers opportunities to also lead an Asia wide commercial training program to ensure that the teams in the region are ready to drive the GTM initiatives to success.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage Asia and global stakeholders

  • Exposure to biopharma and bioprocessing

  • Master's Degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience, preferably in life science or biopharma

  • Training experience, high organising skills, exposure to project management is a plus to support sales enablement

  • Learning mindset, accountability, self-starter

  • Digital marketing expertise across multiple channels (email, social, web, search) to support NPI launch and demand generation

  • Demonstrated ability to develop/design integrated marketing campaigns and deriving insights through analytics

  • Proficiency with AI tools and CRM systems (SFDC)

  • Ability to stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies

  • Strong presentation abilities

  • Travel may be required (10-15%)
