As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing our business in Austria — whether that means opening new doors, scaling existing partnerships, or building a high-performing sales team. This is your chance to step into a role where your impact is visible, measurable, and actually matters.

We’re looking for people who don’t just “do sales,” but think strategically about growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive commercial growth across your market
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize your sales strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product)
  • Potentially lead and develop a local sales team
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • A track record of hitting — and exceeding — targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically
  • Confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management
  • Fluent German and strong English skills
  • Experience from fast-paced environments (scale-ups, retail, FMCG, marketplaces, etc.) is a plus
