Location & Flexibility

India Hybrid: Bangalore

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Bengaluru (2 to 3 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

The Opportunity

Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Global accounting include month-end and year-end activities for all international entities. Book journal entries for legal entities.
• Globally Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, including, but not limited to, prepaid, accruals, investments, APIC, RE, Intangible's, and all other areas.
• Bring forth any key issues/concerns from day-to-day accounting.
• Strong knowledge in bank reconciliations and day-to-day accounting for bank transactions.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Responsible for month-end FX revaluation Coordinate with global time zones and assist in cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Support finance department initiatives, such as system implementation(s), department, or company-wide improvements, as needed

• Proven ability to interact and partner with all levels of management to help drive collaborative business decisions

• Self-driven, independent thinker, and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated track record of process improvements and desire to implement best practices
• Understanding of general ledger, hierarchies, and project data structures (e.g., projects, orders, resources)
• Strong proficiency in personal computers and business solutions software, including accounting software such as ERPs

Education and Experience

• B.Com http://B.Com / M.Com http://M.Com / MBA / Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted.
• Accounting Principles (GAAP)SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred, but not required. Experience working within a matrix organization.
