Job description

Job Title: Head of Marketing & Lead Generation

Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing & Lead Generation to drive demand drive demand, strengthen brand equity, and elevate enterprise communications across key markets for CloudMoyo. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth and building a scalable marketing function to position CloudMoyo as a leader across Data, AI, and Microsoft ecosystem services. You will own end-to-end marketing strategy—from brand positioning to digital demand generation—while closely partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, ability to link brand to revenue, drive execution excellence, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing and demand generation strategy aligned to revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning objectives.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans across digital, field, partner, and account-based channels to drive measurable pipeline and customer acquisition.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization across digital, content, brand, and campaign functions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks to track marketing effectiveness, optimize ROI, and ensure strong alignment with sales and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and delivery leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle.

2. Demand & Lead Generation with Pipeline Growth

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across digital, outbound, events, and partnerships.
  • Drive high-quality funnel velocity - MQLs and SQLs through account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure strong alignment on pipeline goals and conversion metrics.
  • Lead Inside sales organization focused on lead qualification and targeted outreaches for lead generation

3. Campaign Management & Execution

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email, paid media, and webinars.
  2. Manage global campaigns targeting key markets (North America).

4. Marketing Technology & Automation

  1. Own and optimize HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) for campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
  2. Establish scalable workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
  3. Integrate marketing tools and platforms to enable seamless data flow and reporting.

5. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  1. Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, and website strategy to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Oversee website performance, UX, and content strategy using platforms like WordPress or equivalent CMS.
  3. Strengthen CloudMoyo’s digital presence, social media strategy and brand positioning in key solution areas.

6. Brand, Communications & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the brand and design function to position CloudMoyo as a mature, differentiated, and market-leading AI-first digital engineering firm.
  • Define and drive a comprehensive content strategy—including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and industry insights—aligned to target buyer journeys and business priorities.
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to build and amplify thought leadership across key areas such as Microsoft Fabric, Data, and AI.
  • Lead External Communication across the targeted in external stakeholder– PR, Industry Analyst and other market influencers

7. Events & Field Marketing

  • Own global events strategy including webinars, industry conferences, and partner events.
  • Leverage events to drive pipeline, brand visibility, and customer engagement
  • Lead a robust field marketing engine to drive funnel volume, variety and velocity in collaboration with the sales team

8. Data Analytics & Performance Marketing

  1. Establish a data-driven marketing culture with strong focus on analytics and performance tracking.
  2. Utilize tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness.
  3. Provide regular insights on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and ROI to leadership.

9. Stakeholder Collaboration

  1. Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  2. Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to scale marketing efforts.

10. Product Marketing and GTM Intelligence Support

  • Continuously track industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer behavior to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen positioning and sustain competitive advantage.
  • Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to translate product insights into differentiated messaging, value propositions, use cases and GTM plays.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by building feedback loops across campaigns, customer interactions, and market signals. 

    Qualifications & Experience

    1. 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing.
    2. Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact in IT services / consulting organizations and preferably a hybrid Enterprise SaaS and IT services background
    3. Deep expertise in HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hub), automation, and CRM-driven marketing.
    4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
    5. Experience managing global marketing campaigns, especially in US and European markets.
    6. Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar) and data-driven decision making.
    7. Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
    8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Experience in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Data & AI) marketing.
    2. MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
    3. Exposure to marketing in a fast-growing services, enterprise SaaS or consulting environment.
    4. Most importantly someone who can use AI to accelerate all aspects of marketing and demand gen / lead gen. 
    5. A coach & player / Captain who can lead with junior team couple with AI across the board for demand gen and marketing.
    6. Startup owner mentality is key.  And passion to become VP of Marketing or CMO / Sales)
