Associate Lead - Quality Assurance Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on ERP distribution modules
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium / (C# preferred)
• Validate complex business workflows related to Distribution module (inventory documents, sales/purchase orders, shipments, etc.)
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
• Collaborate with development and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Leverage AI tools to improve QA efficiency (test case generation, script updates, analysis)
• Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and execution efficiency
   

  Technologies, tools and environment, we use:

• Automation Tools – Selenium WebDriver, С#;
• Source control system – GIT/STASH/BAMBOO;
• Bug tracking system – JIRA;
• Database management tools – MS SQL/MySQL.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent Qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of QA experience (Manual and Automation) - preferably with Cloud-based software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in web application tests automation and documentation (C#/Java/Python).
• Thorough understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP applications, warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivation and learning capability, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
