Manager, Regulatory Strategy - Great Plains

JOB SUMMARY Provides and manages regulatory business analysis support, including transmission policy development, tariffs, and ratemaking for business expansion opportunities. Advocates for and shapes transmission policy to foster a regulatory climate conducive to transmission development and advancement of the company’s strategic goals. Participates in the development of regulatory strategies to address transmission policies and regulatory filings impacting the company. Represents the company at state regulatory commissions, Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) committees (e.g., SPP, PJM, CAISO, etc.) and other external forums.
