Business Analyst
Job description
- Document and translate business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis
- Elicit project and business requirements, and lead requirements review sessions
- Act as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors
- Assist at various levels of the project, including task analysis
- Prepare functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides for end-user reference
- Collaborate with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage
- Run User Acceptance Tests

- Have 3+ years of experience in Business or System Analysis
- Possess proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Understand basic software architecture principles
- Are familiar with UML diagrams
- Have experience describing interfaces and interactions between systems
- Bring solid experience in conducting technical discussions
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical, lateral, and critical thinking skills
- Are self-motivated, assertive, and have a pleasant personality
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Have upper-intermediate or fluent English proficiency
