• Document and translate business needs, conducting stakeholder analysis
• Elicit project and business requirements, and lead requirements review sessions
• Act as an interface between development/support teams and clients/requestors
• Assist at various levels of the project, including task analysis
• Prepare functional specification documents, use cases, and interface guides for end-user reference
• Collaborate with the test team to ensure sufficient coverage

• Have 3+ years of experience in Business or System Analysis
• Possess proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
