Software Engineer - Web

● Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript technologies.

● Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or similar.

● Design and develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js or related frameworks.

● Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

● Write reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.

● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

● Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

● 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and a good understanding of TypeScript are a plus.

● Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.

● Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.

● Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

● Good knowledge of databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

● Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

● Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

● Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes is a plus.

● Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, or Azure.

● Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

● Understanding of microservices architecture is an advantage.

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
