Job description

  1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts for various marketing and advertising materials, including print, digital, social media, and more.

  2. Assist in the production of visual assets, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, web designs, email templates, and other promotional materials.

  3. Adapt and refine existing design templates while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.

  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to project challenges.

  5. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of visual assets libraries, ensuring efficient access and organization of design resources.

  6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your design skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.

  7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

  8. Assist in pre-production and production processes, such as photo retouching, image sourcing, and file preparation for various output channels.

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

  3. Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.

  4. Basic understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.

  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas.

  6. Detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a strong desire to grow within a creative team.

  8. Previous internship, freelance, or entry-level design experience is a plus.

  9. Understanding of Saudi market visual communication, including cultural sensitivity, modest representation, Saudi attire accuracy, and audience-appropriate design choices.
  10. Basic knowledge of production requirements, including resizing, print preparation, digital specs, safe margins, bleed, resolution, and final artwork delivery.
  11. Comfortable using AI tools to support visual creation and exploration, including generating campaign visuals, moodboards, references, image extensions, retouching support, and concept development using different AI models and platforms.
