- Set up and manage campaign assets including:
- Email campaigns and nurture journeys
- Webinars and virtual events (setup, rehearsals, live support)
- Landing pages and forms (working with content and web teams)
- Ensure campaigns are accurately configured in marketing systems and aligned to agreed briefs and timelines
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a key operational link between Demand Generation Managers and specialist teams including:
- Email Marketing

Multi‑vertical Delivery
- Support and execute demand generation activity across multiple commodities and industry verticals, adapting execution to different audiences and priorities
- Maintain a strong understanding of campaign goals and ICPs across the portfolio, even when switching between verticals
Performance & Optimisation Support
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities to Demand Generation Managers
- Support post-campaign activities including lead follow-up processes, reporting and basic analysis
- Help maintain consistent campaign standards, documentation and best practices across the team
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving campaign workflows, templates and execution playbooks
- Work closely with the Sofia digital hub to support faster iteration and better collaboration across marketing disciplines
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, demand generation, digital marketing or campaign execution role
- Hands‑on experience supporting multi‑channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, digital)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a supporting role across several stakeholders and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Desirable
- Experience working in B2B marketing or complex, multi‑product environments
